Zaton Holiday Resort awarded by two of the most important European automobile clubs

Zaton Holiday Resort of Zadar's Turisthotel has once again been awarded prestigious international awards by the two most important European automobile clubs, the German ADAC and the Dutch ANWB, and thus the two most important for camping tourism.

Zaton Holiday Resort has won the ADAC Superplatz award for the 17th year in a row, and the ANWB Top Camping award for the 10th year in a row. In addition to the above awards, the Resort was also one of the finalists in the ANWB Campsite of the Year (Camping van het jaar) selection in the category of international family campsite on the coast and the only Croatian campsite candidate for the ADAC award in the Camping Booking Award category.

The aforementioned awards are traditionally presented at gala evenings in Stuttgart and Utrecht, which are held during the CMT die Urlaubsmesse fairs - the most important camping fair in Europe, and the Vakantiebeurs - Utrecht fair. 

“All the recognitions and awards that Zaton Holiday Resort receives from industry experts, guests and other important institutions are an indication that the Resort is developing in the right direction and that all the effort we invest in its development is paying off. The awards are also an obligation to continue growing and developing. It is precisely thanks to investments in the quality of the offer that the Resort is today recognized as a trendsetter in camping tourism and a favorite family destination for guests from all over Europe. Investments are planned that will further raise the quality and level of the offer at the Resort in the next five years with the aim of maintaining and increasing competitiveness and providing additional value to our guests.", she stated Meri Matesic Sicic, member of the Turisthotel Management Board.

This is a great recognition for Turisthotel's camp, which confirms its status as one of the leading European camps. This success is also a success for the entire Zadar region, which is thus confirmed as an important camping destination on the European tourist map.

For this season, Zaton Holiday Resort is planning to open a unique concept of catering and entertainment facilities in the center of the resort, a project with the working name Kalelarga 4, which will provide guests with top-notch eno-gastro experiences accompanied by musical and stage events.
