By decision of the Supervisory Boards of the two companies on 27 and 28 April 2017, the process of merging Istraturist Umag dd with Plava laguna dd began, which is planned to be completed on 01.01.2018. This is a new step in the rapprochement of the two companies, which continues the transaction from November 2014, when Plava laguna dd acquired 93.04% of the share capital from Zagrebačka banka dd.
