ANBForum will be held on April 16th from 09:00 to 17:00 at the Congress & Event Center Zadar at the Hotel Pinija in Petrčane. The program brings numerous  lectures and two panels, institutional and operational, with an emphasis on concrete examples from practice.

On April 16, the Zadar region will get a new meeting place for the nautical industry.

The first will be held at the Pinija Hotel in Petrčane Adriatic Nautical Business Forum (ANB Forum) launched  with a clear idea of an open discussion about current challenges, common interests and future directions of development with an emphasis on quality of service.

The theme of the first edition is "Zadar Region: Excellence in Premium Nautical Tourism", and the Forum will bring together two key parties: people from the sector (representatives of marinas, charter companies, cruise segment, services, suppliers, agents) and institutions (tourist communities, chambers and professional associations).

Considering the new habits of modern guests, digital advancements, and the increasing emphasis on environmentally conscious business, this meeting is an important opportunity for the sector, as well as institutions, to adapt to new market demands.

"The quality of service has become the main criterion by which guests evaluate nautical activities, and that is why we want to talk about real examples: how premium service is built in practice, step by step, in operations, communication, standards and details that make the difference. It is important to emphasize that excellence is not reserved only for the yachting and crewed segment. In both bareboat charter and daily rent, raising standards means greater value for the guest, better business sustainability and a stronger reputation for the entire area. When one segment raises the bar, it is felt in the perception of the entire destination. Only in this way can the Zadar region, and Croatia as a whole, position itself as a premium nautical destination in the long term., he says Selma Ćubara, organizer of the forum and director of charter.hr.

He adds that the forum is a logical response to the potential and strength of the local nautical ecosystem: "The Zadar region has been among the strongest nautical areas in Croatia for years, with a large number of marinas and ports, as well as infrastructure and capacities that place us at the very top. That is precisely why we are organizing this forum: we want to bring together the industry and show with concrete examples how quality and premium service are built in practice, because standards in every segment of nautical activities directly build the perception of the entire destination. I am glad that the Zadar County Tourist Board has recognized the importance of this topic and provided partner support, it is a clear message that raising quality is in the interest of the wider community, not just one industry.

A full-day program dedicated to solutions and standards

Forum program, duration from 9 a.m. to 17 p.m., is divided into four thematic blocks and offers clear guidelines for further development through panel discussions and lectures.

The central topics of the panel include institutional support for the development of nautical destinations, as well as an analysis of everyday business, exploring ways to best align the high expectations of guests with what the system offers in practice. Some of the esteemed names in the industry will share their expertise with the attendees: Dr. sc. Juraj Bukša, Director of Nautical Services at ACI dd, Ornela Krezić, Director of the Green Sail organization, Maja Ban, Director of MYS Yachting and Vice President of CROY, the Croatian Yachting Association, and many other names, and the detailed program is available on the official forum website https://anbforum.com/.

The forum is intended for everyone who influences the guest experience and the overall image of the destination in the nautical industry: charter companies (bareboat and crewed), day trips and daily rent, marinas, services, suppliers, agents, destination partners and institutions.

Registration for all interested participants is available via the event website, and the number of participants is limited. https://anbforum.com/kupnja-ulaznice/.
