WineOS by Graševina Croatica: Osijek is once again in the spotlight this weekend

We are just one day away from the wine spectacle of the year in eastern Croatia. On January 16th and 17th, 2026, Osijek will once again become the center of the wine and gastronomy scene.

WineOS by Graševina Croatica is being held in the Economic Center of Osijek-Baranja County, 11th edition of the fair of wine, delicacies and pleasant living, which over the years has grown into the most relevant wine event in eastern Croatia and symbolically opens the new wine year.

More than 150 exhibitors will present around 800 labels of wines and spirits from Croatia and abroad on more than 2.800 square meters of exhibition space. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste wines from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Italy, France, Spain, Argentina and Moldova.

The WineOS program brings an ideal a combination of wine, gastronomy and educationOn the main stage, visitors can expect the Cooking Show by Podravka, where top chefs will prepare selected dishes and reveal culinary secrets, and visitors will be able to taste their delicacies for free, with an emphasis on pairing food and wine.

Educational part This year's fair also brings expertly guided wine tours, which take place every hour from 15 pm to 18 pm, with registration at the Croatian Sommelier Club stand. The tours are led by renowned experts in the field of sommelier and wine education. Visitors can also expect Masterclass workshops, intended for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of wines and wine styles.

Interesting and interactive content is also provided HAPIH Blind Date, where visitors will try their hand at blind wine tastings and wine duels, testing their senses and knowledge in recognizing wine labels.

This year too, we are expecting People's Choice, a selection of the best WineOS wines according to audience votes. Visitors will have the opportunity to choose their favorites, and everyone who votes and leaves a contact will participate in a prize draw for valuable prizes.

WineOS by Graševina Croatica is organized by the Dekanter Association, with the co-organizer Graševina Croatica, and with the strong support of the Osijek-Baranja County and the City of Osijek, as well as numerous institutional and economic partners.

This year's fair is also sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports. Special emphasis is placed on B2B, which confirms WineOS's role key networking platforms winemakers, caterers, hoteliers, distributors and business visitors.
