According to the Act on Fiscalization of Cash Transactions (OG 121/19), which has been in force since 1 April 2020, and which regulates the procedure, taxpayers, and invoice content for the implementation of the fiscalization procedure - from 01 January 2021, new obligations will come into force, i.e. the obligation to print a QR code on invoices.
