The seventh edition of the Booking Manager Summit, one of the most important global conferences for professionals in the yacht-charter industry, began this morning at the Hilton Garden Inn in Zagreb.
The Summit, which takes place from 10 to 12 December, will once again bring together more than 400 experts from the charter industry, including agency representatives, managers, agents and booking services, and more than 30 international speakers. The event will take place in a hybrid format - live and online, allowing participants from all over the world to participate.
Over the course of three days, participants will have the opportunity to attend more than 60 lectures and workshops covering topics such as sales, marketing, CRM, finance, branding, content creation using artificial intelligence, social media, digitalization and sustainability, as well as the latest trends in the charter industry. The Summit is known for its combination of education, practical advice and numerous opportunities for business networking.
Among the many participants is ACI, which is participating in the Summit again this year through its Premium lounge. In the lounge, participants have the opportunity to make direct contact with ACI representatives, receive practical information about the work and services of the national marina chain, and exchange experiences and ideas with key international charter industry stakeholders. The lounge thus becomes a place for networking, professional advice and forging potential collaborations, which further enriches the experience of Summit participants.
"The Booking Manager Summit provides a unique opportunity to learn, exchange experiences and network with key professionals from the global charter industry. For ACI, it is an opportunity to showcase our marinas, and we provide participants with direct contact with our experts, share knowledge about marina management and services, and encourage new business collaborations and partnerships that strengthen the international recognition of Croatian nautical industry.", they point out from ACI.
