In the crowded hall of the Novalja Hotel Liburnija, a public forum was held at which the UPU of the Port of Novalja was presented, all on the eve of the referendum that will be held on November 20, 2016, and in which citizens will have the opportunity to express their opinion: "Are you in favor of accepting the Urban Development Plan of the Port of Novalja in accordance with the proposed Conceptual Design of the Port and Marina of Novalja owned by the City of Novalja?"
