According to the data Croatian tourist agency (eVisitor system), campsites continue to be one of the key pillars of Croatian tourism, with a share of around 23% of total tourist overnight stays.

Although the CNTB primarily communicates aggregated results at the level of total commercial accommodation in its annual publications, it is clear that the camping segment maintains stable demand and a significant contribution to total traffic, especially through individual travel and source markets such as Germany, Austria and Slovenia.

Trends further confirm the shift towards higher added value - an increase in the quality of the offer, mobile homes and glamping, which increasingly positions campsites as a premium, rather than exclusively volume segment of Croatian tourism.
