The first day of the PLACE2GO fair traditionally includes a B2B day - a central meeting place for tourism professionals from the country and abroad.
This year's fair will bring together exhibitors and business visitors from as many as 27 countries across three continents. This business segment of the fair is intended for networking, exchange of experiences and creation of new business opportunities among key industry stakeholders.
The B2B day brings together representatives of tourist boards, agencies, hoteliers, transport companies, airlines, as well as numerous international partners and investors. Through pre-organized meetings, participants have the opportunity to present their products and services, agree on cooperation and open doors to new markets. This year, the business day will be attended by representatives from as many as 27 countries from 3 continents.
Everyone who happens to be at the fair in the morning hours will be able to hear the words of leading figures in Croatian tourism: Minister of Tourism and Sports Tonči Glavina, Director of the Zagreb Tourist Board Martina Bienenfeld, and Vice President of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce Andreja Vukojević, and the Mayor of Zagreb Tomislav Tomašević will also address the attendees.
