Poreč will host the 41st edition of Promohotel from February 11th to 14th, the international trade fair for food, beverages and tourism equipment, which has emerged over more than four decades as one of the key meeting places for the tourism and hospitality sector in the region.
More than 5.000 square meters of exhibition space in the Žatika hall will present: 150 exhibitors from seven countries, and visitors will have the opportunity to meet more than 500 HoReCa industry brandsThe exhibition area covers a wide range of products and solutions - from catering equipment, furniture and food products to digital, IT and management systems for tourist facilities.

Special attention has been paid to practical knowledge, especially on the last day of the fair, when the program includes workshops on creating websites with booking systems, video content for social networks, the basics of SEO, using artificial intelligence and tools like ChatGPT, and understanding the role of digital channels in the guest decision-making process.
