The Director of the Center for Restructuring and Sales (CERP), Milan Plećaš, and the President of the Board of Directors of Immo Invest Partner AG, Dzek Djoric, signed the Agreement on the Sale and Transfer of Shares of Club Adriatic doo Zagreb on April 09, 2018, at the headquarters of CERP. Based on this Agreement, the Swiss company Immo Invest Partner AG purchased three business shares, or one hundred percent of the share capital of Club Adriatic doo.
