The first and only specialized lifelong learning program for camping in Croatia 

Camping Resort Management (MKR) is intended for everyone who works in campsites or would like to open their own campsite. MKR was developed with the aim of enabling participants to develop and acquire specific knowledge and competencies of the camping industry. Upon completion of the program, participants will possess specific knowledge, skills and competencies to provide top-notch camping services.

• Basics of camping service management
• Managerial reporting with practical examples
• Marketing in camps with a guest lecturer on the topic of digital marketing
• Sales in camps with guest lecturers on the topic of dynamic price formation
• Operations in the camping resort with guest lecturers from the practice of individual departments in the camp
• Guest satisfaction management with a guest lecturer from the field of human resources
• Management of safety, maintenance and sustainable development with an emphasis on new trends and technologies in the camping resort

These are just some of the topics that the participants will master from 30 quality lecturers, and it is important to emphasize that field classes will also be organized from April 22nd to 24.04th at a 5* camp. Upon completion of the training program, participants will receive 10 ECTS credits.
