The Zagreb store Smjeli has premiered a new authentic delicacy, a great blend of Slavonian and Dalmatian traditions – prosciutto made from the black Slavonian pig. This unique cured meat product is the result of a two-year collaboration between the Faculty of Agriculture in Osijek and the Dugopolje-based company Smjeli, which is known for producing top-quality Dalmatian prosciutto, champions in domestic and international competitions.
