Petar Škarpa, long-time director of the Tourist Board of the City of Rijeka, which he has headed since 2003, was appointed the new director of the Krk Island Tourist Board.
The decision on the appointment was made by the Tourist Council of the Island of Krk Tourist Board at its 4th session held on May 25, 2026. The new director takes on the position with the aim of further developing the tourist offer and strengthening the position of the island of Krk as one of the leading Croatian island destinations.
