Information we request from users

When filling out the SUBSCRIPTION questionnaire located at links We ask you for information that we use solely for the purpose of proving your identity, i.e. so that you can register on the Hrturizam.hr website as our subscriber.

We ask for the following information from you: name and surname, OIB (Croatian National Identification Number), e-mail address, company name, telephone number, address, city and country. All information is used to log in to the HrTurizam website.

Deleting your data

If you want to delete your data from the hrturizam.hr website, click on the "Profile" link at the bottom of the page (in the footer), which will take you to "Account Management" page.

After you delete the data with which you log in, you will receive a new user account and its login data to your e-mail, which was used to purchase the subscription to hrturizam.hr, so that you can continue using the subscription.

Protect your data

To protect the personal information you submit through this website, we use physical, technical and organizational security measures. We are constantly upgrading and testing our security technology. We restrict access to your personal information only to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide you with certain benefits or services. In addition, we educate our employees about the importance of data confidentiality and privacy and protection of your data.

Data storage and retention period

All data is stored in the databases and repositories of the Hetzner cloud server in Germany. We will not transfer or store the stored data to countries outside the European Union.

We keep and protect your personal data for the duration of your business relationship with us. We regularly delete personal data that you have provided to us for business or contact purposes after 12 months from the date you provided it to us.
