INCOME TAX LAW The famous Income Tax Law (115/16), whose amendments were published at the end of last year (Official Gazette 106/18), also "gave rise" to the "Rules on Taxation of Rental and Organization of Accommodation in Tourism", as the first subordinate legislation published this year (Official Gazette 1/2019 of 2.1.2019). On the date of entry into force of the new rules, the previous "Rules on Taxation of Rental and Organization of Accommodation in Tourism" ceases to be valid.
