The project of 100 leading Croatian restaurants - Restaurant Croatica is a project to encourage quality in the hospitality industry through the annual selection of the leading restaurants and the publication of an accompanying publication. It was originally initiated way back in 1995, and the basic idea was to research the market, which restaurants best meet the needs of guests, and highlight the leading ones.
