The Tourist Board of the City of Mali Lošinj, in cooperation with the City of Mali Lošinj and the company Interligo, launched the Integrated Destination Quality Management – IQM project in 2017. The project connects entities in the destination that provide the best service to guests, recommends the highest quality facilities and partners that guarantee quality, thereby raising the overall level of guest satisfaction in the destination.
