The Ministry of State Property has announced a public call for bids for the purchase of real estate owned by the Republic of Croatia. A total of 30 properties are on sale, most of which are located on the Adriatic coast - from Opatija, Split to Dubrovnik. The deadline for submitting bids is April 28, 2017, by 14 p.m., and all properties are being sold in their "AS IS - AS IS" condition...
