We previously wrote about the illogicality and multiple interpretations of the Law when defining the status of a tourist guide as a self-employed person. Having contacted the Croatian Employment Service, as well as the Croatian Association of Tourist Guides and the Liburnia Tourist Guides Association, we can conclude that the Law is either being misinterpreted by the Croatian Employment Service or that there are contradictions in the rules on self-employment....
