The question is not whether garbage collection will become more expensive for renters, but how much? Starting next season, small private renters and owners of holiday homes will pay a higher amount for waste collection. According to the new law, which came into effect on July 31, everyone who has apartments and has previously belonged to a household will now become a "non-household" and thus pay higher bills, HRT reminds in its report....
