This year, one of my discoveries is that in Zagreb County, i.e. the Žumberak and Turopolje forests, there is a truffle – black and white. And not only does it exist in a few specimens, but it is also available for commercialization through the market, i.e. for sale to restaurants. Interestingly, black and white truffles have always been present in the forests around the green ring of Zagreb, but no one knew about it, at least...
