Based on the Act on State Asset Management and the Decision of the Management Board of the Center for Restructuring and Sale (CERP) on the starting price and the implementation of the procedure for the public collection of binding offers for the purchase of the business company CLUB ADRIATIC doo, Zagreb, dated July 26, 2018, a public offer procedure has been initiated.
