ILIRIJA dd paid its employees a Christmas bonus and a gift for children in the amount of 4.500 kuna

ILIRIJA dd, a tourist company from Biograd na Moru, as a socially responsible business system, especially in terms of care and responsibility for its 259 employees i their 155 children paid a Christmas bonus of 4.000,00 kuna and a gift for children of 500,00 kuna per child up to the age of 15.

"Given the successfully completed business year, which took place in particularly challenging circumstances, employees, as key bearers of the business process, significantly contributed to the company's business achievements. Therefore, aware that the quality of service in tourism is created by our employees, in 2021 we focused special attention on the development of human resources and the care of our employees and their family members." he stated Goran Ražnjević, President of the Management Board of Ilirija dd, added that in the next business year, he will continue to pay attention to the further development of a motivating working environment.
