Croatian tourist agency tonight is in San Diego, as part of the conference EDGE, that is, the annual meeting of the largest American consortium of agents from the premium and luxury segment Travel Leaders Network (TLN), received award for the best destination partner for 2026 - "Power of Partnership - Destination Partner".

Considering that the award is given for exceptionally high-quality cooperation with agents and consortium members, of which there are more than 60 thousand, this is a confirmation excellent and dedicated work in promoting Croatia through intensive cooperation and partnership with the TLN network, according to the CNTB.            

"American agents are increasingly looking for "slow travel" trips outside the peak season, personalized itineraries, longer stays and authentic premium experiences. The presentation and presentation of Croatia was assessed as extremely informative and useful, and the interest of Americans in unknown parts of Croatia was particularly striking. Being chosen as the best destination partner by the votes of agents and TLN members is not only a great success in promotion on the American market, but also a guarantee of further continuous growth", she stated Leila Krešić-Jurić, director of the HTZ Representative Office in the USA.        

This year's EDGE event was attended by 2500 participants, mostly agents from the USA and Canada.

In addition to HTZ, she also presented herself at the meeting Korcula Tourist Office which has been recording double-digit growth in the American market for years and is becoming one of the most desirable destinations for Americans. Impresia Hotel Association, whose four hotels are part of the TLN network and whose members primarily target the American market, presented Croatia through authentic experiences in the destination, and Leonidas Travel DMC, a long-standing member of TLN, has affirmed its status as a top destination partner. At a special Luxury Forum event intended for Luxury Leaders alliance agents, it also presented its offer Zagreb Tourist Board. 

 185 million USD from sales of trips to Croatia

In 2025, TLN realized 185 million USD from selling trips to Croatia, what was 23% increase compared to the previous year. This year, the demand for nautical trips, and alongside them, an extremely important segment is made up of small luxury hotels with a highly personalized offering, especially "heritage" hotels.      

The annual EDGE gathering represents an important sales channel for luxury travel, cruises, organized tours and individual tailor-made travel. The meeting is intended for agents and agency owners, tour operators, destination marketing organizations and suppliers in the luxury travel sales chain.
