HOW Festival 2025 - a program that combines top knowledge, inspiration and fun like never before is coming

Only six days away from the start of the ninth edition HOW Festival, which is from December 3nd to 5th held in Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala near Zadar. After the announced new program concept, the focus on keynote speakers and a complete transformation of the participant experience is now taking its final form - and the program looks stronger than ever before.

Stars of the world's hospitality industry on the main stage

This year's HOW brings together international leaders whose stories shape today's hotel industry:

• Ryan Minton, award-winning author and member Forbes Business Council, talks about a culture of excellence and creating an unforgettable experience for employees and guests.
• Luc Gesvret, a man who for 20 years led the loyalty strategy in Accor, will reveal how trust, long-term relationships and smart loyalty systems are built in modern hotel brands.
• Ivan Artolli, one of Europe's most famous general managers and hotel legends, brings an exclusive interview about luxury, authenticity and lessons from a 40-year career - one of the most anticipated moments of the festival.

Fight Club: technology vs. hotel industry

One of the most powerful parts of the program will be Fight Club - an open, honest and spirited duel about the future of hotel tech between:

• Christian Schustar, one of the most respected hoteliers in the region, and
• Mislav Malenica, an AI expert and international authority with over 20 years of experience.

Influencers, guest behavior and wellness - unexpected, refreshing approaches

In the spirit of the new concept, HOW is also bringing two Croatian influencers:

• Davor Bilman: “What do shoes say about a person - and how do you sell to them based on that?”
• Edo Mehmedovic, one of the most famous Croatian trainers: "What does a guest really expect from hotel fitness and wellness today - and what needs to change?"

Second day workshops - practical, operational and immediately applicable

On the second day of the festival, participants can expect very concrete, practical workshops that will show how operational teams can elevate the guest experience and how to turn the on-site experience into a real competitive advantage.

These are speakers i program which will open up questions that many avoid - and because of that, it will be one of the most followed.
