Helios Faros emerges from bankruptcy: Valamar and PBZ Croatia osiguranje invest 650 million kuna in renovation
Helios Faros has emerged from bankruptcy, the Zagreb Stock Exchange announced, and with the conclusion of the bankruptcy, Valamar Riviera acquires full membership rights as the holder of 2.280.000 shares in the company HELIOS FAROS from Hvar. Following the subscription of the increase in share capital, Valamar now holds 23,61% of Helios Faros shares, and PBZ Croatia osiguranje 70,83%, while the share capital of Helios Faros has increased from the current 5,36 million kuna to 1.5 million kuna.
