The City Council of Vukovar adopted a Decision on the sale of the Dunav Hotel in the middle of last year, and these days a Public Invitation for the sale of the same was published on the official website of the City of Vukovar. The starting price is 10.700.000,00 kuna, and interested investors must send their offer by February 22, 2019. For the uninitiated, a light bulb would immediately come on and the question would arise, what is the hotel doing in the first place?
