Eight foreign journalists from eight markets discover the nautical offer of central Dalmatia

Journalists are staying in Split-Dalmatia County on a study trip dedicated to Croatian nautical and sustainable tourism

Croatian National Tourist Board, Split-Dalmatia County Tourist Board and ACI dd are the organizers and sponsors of a special study trip on the topic of nautical science, in which he participates eight foreign journalists specialized in tourism and nautical activities, coming from eight markets, namely from Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, UK i Now. The travel program, which aims to further promote Croatia as one of the leading nautical destinations in the Mediterranean, began at the ACI Marina Split and will last all until May 15, and it includes tour and sightseeing of numerous marinas including the ACI marina Vrboska, as well as localities, towns and islands of the Split-Dalmatia County, including Split, Hvar, Brac, Trogir, etc.

In addition to introducing you to Croatia's nautical offerings, wine and food offerings, cultural heritage and authentic island experiences, the program places special emphasis on sustainability i premium tourist productsSpecially guided tours of historical sites, visits to local wineries, traditional taverns and family farms have been organized, and numerous activities such as sailing, e-biking, etc. are also planned.

Such trips are an important part of the promotional activities of Croatian tourism because they provide media and journalists with direct experience of the destination and authentic experiences that promote Croatia in the sending markets. Since journalists from media such as Kurier, National Geographic, National Geographic Traveler, The Independent, Pravda.sk, Yacht, Delius Klasing Verlag GmbH - Redaktion Boote etc., a strong contribution of this project is expected to the promotion of Croatian nautical, the tourist offer of the Split-Dalmatia County, but also of Croatia as a whole.
