According to data and research by real estate classifieds website Crozilla.com, house prices rose the most in Dubrovnik and Zagreb during May, while Zadar was the most attractive to potential buyers from abroad. The largest monthly price change was recorded in Dubrovnik, where, due to an increase of 4,2 percent, the average asking price of a house, including the price of the garden, rose to as much as 4134 euros....
