The Ministry of State Property has announced a Public Call for Bids for the purchase of real estate owned by the Republic of Croatia, i.e. Hotel Zagorje, the former political school in Kumrovec. Hotel Zagorje has a total gross construction area of 11.310,00 m2 spread over four floors and a gross volume of 34.464,20 m2.
