Based on the Decision of the Minister of State Property of March 15, 2019, the Ministry of State Property has published a Public Invitation for the lease of state-owned real estate. These are former resorts for hospitality and tourism purposes in Gradac, a town near Makarska, the island of Ugljan, Dubrovnik, Hvar, etc., and the lease agreement is concluded for a period of 30 years.
