As part of the 54th Vinkovci Autumn Festival, a promotion of the BLACK SANDWICH (black sandwich with bacon from the Black Slavonian pig) was held in Vinkovci yesterday, a new gastronomic delicacy of the Vukovar-Srijem County. Along with the already well-known Slavonian specialties (kulena, ham, sausage, cracklings...), bacon was somehow in the background, and this project aims to popularize bacon through a new product....
