COVID-passes are a good solution for speeding up border crossings this summer, but they should not be a prerequisite for travel, according to the Croatian Tourism Association (HUT). "I believe that a vaccination certificate should not be a prerequisite for travel, but that it is a good practice for countries that are thinking about facilitating border crossings for people who have been vaccinated. There is no reason why a vaccination certificate should not be required when crossing the border," the Croatian Tourism Association (HUT) said.
