The Association of Croatian Travel Agencies (UHPA), together with its forty agencies, successfully implemented the project of renewing the quality management system certificate according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard and the transition to ISO 9001:2015, and the certification was carried out by the certification company Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. The ISO 9001:2015 standard is an internationally recognized standard introduced by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
