Aminess Hotels & Resorts, one of the leading Croatian tourism companies, continues to strengthen its position as one of the most attractive employers through additional investments in employee benefits and benefits.
In 2026, the company continues to increase salaries, expands the reward system, and further develops professional development programs, confirming a long-term strategy focused on employee satisfaction and motivation.
According to the new agreement with social partners, this cycle of salary increases, as before, covers all employees, and salaries will increase on average grow 6 percent. The news are seasonal prizes which will be spread over several months and will be paid from May to October. In addition, employees continue to have access to numerous financial benefits, including Christmas bonus up to 600 euros, rgooseberry, Easter from 100 euros and gift in kind worth 133 euros. Parents are also provided with additional support through cash gift for children from 140 euros, as well as child birth allowance which amounts to 800 euros.
The company is additionally investing in the quality of working conditions through the provision of hot meals, an expanded threshold for reimbursement of transportation costs, and an annual allowance for employees who do not use Aminess's accommodation facilities, which has been increased from four to six months and now amounts to 390 euros per worker.
When all financial benefits and rewards are taken into account, in addition to salaries alone, the total additional income of employees can reach up to 2.500 euros per year, and seasonal incentives were also introduced to further motivate employees during the most challenging seasonal months.
