Aminess tourism company has launched the "Aminess Gourmet Lab", a project that, under the leadership of chef David Skoka, aims to educate young chefs, waiters, bartenders and other members of the Aminess gourmet team. The project will bring together the greatest experts from various hospitality fields in one place, and the training will take place during February and March at the Loop restaurant in Aminess Maravea Camping Resort.
