Based on the offers received, and in accordance with the Share Buyback Program and the published call, the Management Board of Adris Grupa has decided to buy back 54.938 shares of the ADRS class and 65.688 shares of the ADRS2 class, for which it will allocate a total of HRK 58 million. After the transactions, Adris Grupa holds 149.820 own shares of the ADRS class, which represents 1,55 percent of the shares of that class and 321.015 own shares...
