Adria Hotel Forum, the leading hotel investment conference for Southeast Europe, is changing its structure

After 8 years of being held in Zagreb and one edition in Belgrade (in 2019) Adria Hotel Forum ( AHF ), The leading hotel investment conference for Southeast Europe is being held for the first time in Greece, to be exact, September 26-27 in Antena.

Also, starting this year, Adria Hotel Forum is changing its structure. 

It adds Bulgaria, Romania and Greece to the focus of the program and will be under the new name – IDEA (Investment in the Development of Eastern & Central European Assets) connect all countries in the SEE and CEE region and provide an overview of investment developments, but also direct potential investments to all countries in the SEE and CEE region.

Conference organizers, The Bench, as one of the reasons for going to Athens, they cite the fact that Greece is currently one of the most desirable destinations in Europe for investments in tourism.

Marina Franolic, Director for Central and Eastern Europe, stated that the conference sponsors, who are mostly well-known hotel brands, are extremely pleased with the fact that the conference is moving to Greece - which confirms the favorable investment climate. 

As in all previous years, the conference will bring together extremely famous names in the hotel industry, and one of the already confirmed speakers at this year's IDEEA is Dimitris Manikis, President of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Group for Europe, Middle East, Eurasia and Africa.
