The opening of the 5* Jadran Heritage Hotel and restaurant JAZ by Ana Roš on the Poreč waterfront brings a new gastronomic and boutique hotel concept to the heart of the old town. It is open on the Poreč waterfront Adriatic Heritage Hotel 5, Valamar Collection*, a new boutique hotel located in the renovated historic building of the former Hotel Jadran from 1913, and the hotel also includes a long-awaited restaurant I AM by Ana RošThis is a recognizable young dining concept from one of the world's most respected chefs, holder of three Michelin stars, in which haute gastronomy meets a casual atmosphere, and the menu is based on seasonal and local ingredients.
