Jadrolinija officially introduced a new high-speed ferry line "Kvarner Bridge" which connects the mainland and the Kvarner islands. The novelty is that the route from Kraljevica is being extended all the to the island of Pag.
This seasonal line, which sails from June 24 to August 30, offers travelers an excellent alternative to road transport.
Catamaran Silba, which can accommodate 310 passengers, connects the following ports:
- Kraljevica (port of departure)
- Crikvenica
- Senj
- Baska (island of Krk)
- Lopar (island of Rab)
- Town of Rab (Island of Rab)
- Lun (island of Pag)
Special emphasis was placed on connecting Rab with other parts of Kvarner, giving residents and visitors a new opportunity to travel by sea without the need to drive a car and wait in lines during the summer months.
Until July 10th, the catamaran will sail four times a week, and after that, departures will be daily.
Prices One-way tickets vary depending on the section: a ticket from Kraljevica to Rab costs 25 euros, the route from Senj to Rab costs 15 euros, and the shortest sections such as Baška and Lopar cost 10 euros.
