Croatian tourism in the plus: +6,65% revenue in the first quarter of 2025.

According to data from the Croatian National Bank (CNB) in the first quarter of 2025 foreign tourist income they brought 865,5 million euros which represents growth of 6,65 percent compared to the same period in 2024, i.e. 54 million euros more was generated. 

"Croatian tourism achieves the most significant financial growth in the pre-season, and this is confirmed by the data  "Since 2019, we have recorded an increase in revenue from foreign tourists in the first quarter of almost 80%. This indicates the strong potential of the pre-season period and the resilience of Croatian tourism in changing global conditions," said the Minister of Tourism and Sports Tonči Glavina and expressed satisfaction and  realized tourist traffic in the first half of the year, in which we achieved 4% better results than in the same period last year.

Tourism results for the first six months will be presented tomorrow, so we will have a more complete picture of where we are halfway through the tourism year.
