Although the founder of Brudetijada is no longer with us, we have promised to preserve his idea of a small local festival where the people of Zlarin and guests - all amateur chefs - compete together to make the most delicious brudet. The principle of the competition and cooking is always the same, 10 teams cook brudet according to secret recipes...
